How delivery works
- Same day when you order before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivered by us, not a courier, so your flowers arrive upright and in water.
- Need a certain time? Choose one at checkout and we will do our best, though we cannot always guarantee it.
- Surprises welcome. Tell us in the notes and we will keep it a secret.
- Hospitals and workplaces. Please check the ward or reception accepts flowers.

Delivery and collection detailsOur delivery policy
If nobody is home
We will try a neighbour or a safe place you have told us about, and leave a card letting the recipient know. If neither is possible we will call you to arrange a redelivery.
Substitutions
We buy fresh flowers several times a week. If a particular stem is not available we will swap it for something of the same colour, style and value.
Caring for your flowers
Trim the stems at an angle, change the water every couple of days and keep them away from radiators, fruit bowls and direct sunshine.
